Taryn Richardson is our resident Sports Dietitian. She spends half of her time consulting in her own private practice, Dietitian Approved and half of her time consulting to the Australian Triathlon and Para Triathlon teams (dream job!). She brings you the latest in sports nutrition, assisting the everyday athlete get the most out of their health and performance.
Taryn specialises in individualised meal plans to optimise your body composition while supporting your training goals. As well as specific race nutrition plans and carbohydrate loading plans to support your event; from a 5km parkrun to marathons and ultra’s.

Paul is the principal physiotherapist at Body Leadership Australia. He has over 16 years of experience and a special interest in hands-on techniques, as well as teaching self-release strategies to empower clients to achieve their own pain relief results. His team at Body Leadership are working extensively with runners and triathletes. They will provide information related to your goal event at the seminar as well as through our newsletter.
