Can I try before I buy?
Yes, you can try one week of our group running sessions for free. Sign up here.
Do you offer small group sessions, i.e. for 2 to 4 people?
Yes, we certainly do offer small group session that can be focused on strength, running technique, running form analysis, a combination of running and strength or water running. Please refer to our personal training page for more details.
Can Pat coach me in German?
Yes being fully bilingual, Pat coaches people either in English or German. The runningCOACH software we use for training plans can be set to either English or German too. However, all resources we share on this website and to our marathon club members are available in English only.
I live interstate/overseas. Can Pat coach me to improve my running or training for my next event?
Certainly, we offer most of our services online using cloud based online training schedules, analysis tools, as well as Skype and email for communication.
I haven’t done much running, but would like to run my first 10km run. What would be the best service for me?
If you live in Brisbane, try to come along to our group run sessions first for your free week and to meet one of our coaches for a chat about your running goals afterwards. If you cannot make our group training session, have a look at our introductory information and training schedule under the Bronze Level Training Plan page.
How do you accept payments?
We are using Ezydebit for all our payments that go through this website and the Mindbody Online App. Reoccurring payments will be setup by direct debit which is our preferred payment method. VISA and Master Card payments are possible too but we do not accept any payment by AMEX. Small payments for things like merchandise can be accepted by card or cash. Only larger payments are invoiced to clients. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for more information.
