With the expansion of our personal coaching services to the Sunshine Coast, we are also very pleased to announce that Atul Arora will be taking a lead to offer his running expertise in Brisbane.
Atul is both an Athletics Australia accredited coach and a ChiRunning® Certified Instructor. He is a very accomplished runner with a personal best marathon time of 2:54 and you can found out more about his achievements and qualifications here.

So “What the heck is ChiRunning®?”
In short, it’s a method of improving your running bio-mechanics by employing the principles of Tai Chi. This ensures running efficiency is increased and injuries are reduced. It is done by aligning your body’s posture to cooperate with the force of gravity and aligning your body’s moving parts to cooperate with oncoming force of the road. That’s it!
For this to happen, one needs to practice a set of techniques and drills. You can do this on your own or be guided by an instructor. I have been practicing ChiRunning® for the past 9 years and have applied it to my running. Thanks to Pat, who inspired me last year to become an instructor and share this method with our running community. I was fortunate to go through a four months rigorous training process with Danny Dreyer (founder and inventor of this method) and certified by him (with distinction). Yes it was a ‘WAX-ON’ and ‘WAX-OFF’ experience :). So now I am a qualified ChiRunning® Certified Instructor and ready to be at your service.
