Personal Pacemaking

Our experienced coaches can offer personal pace-making at events of varying distances. No matter what your goal is, we can offer you a personal service to help you reach your goal. While personal pace-making is very common in elite distance running, we can offer this service for anyone looking to run with a personal coach including:


  • any of our coaching and training services in the lead up,
  • minimum 1 hour Personal Training for a health screening and to get to know you,
  • race strategy planning such as: pacing, terrain, expected conditions, equipment, nutrition/ hydration, pre-race routine, warm up, race plan A/ B/ C,
  • accurate pace making during event, keep check with nutrition/ hydration plan, adjust to external conditions and internal well-being of runner,
  • Motivation and positive reassurance,
  • Post race recovery measures and race analysis.

No matter your running goal, we can help you achieve it.

Early consideration has to be given to the availability of the coach and the variable costs depending on event date and location. Please enquire as early as possible if you wish to find out more about this service for an upcoming event.
