Our personal running training sessions can be a 1-on-1 session for complete individual focus or a small group of up to 4 people. Each session is tailored and can include any type of running training, such as aerobic endurance, tempo run efforts, intervals, hill repeats, speed-work or running technique. This can be done in a local park, on the road, on a track or on trails.
By training 1-on-1 you will get the most out of your training and time to maximise performance. As long as our schedule allows we can meet you at your convenient time and location. We might chose to run with you or observe your technique from the sideline or coach you from the bike, whatever suits your session best. Specificity is key in training optimisation and we will deliver exactly that.
