The mobile Personal Training services we offer both for 1-on-1 and small groups of up to 4 people are:

We know firsthand from years of training and competing in endurance sports that all components of fitness including strength, power, flexibility, balance, technique and injury prevention need to be practiced regularly to make healthy long term improvements.
We offer a comprehensive and personal training experience to suit individual needs and goals; whether you’re training for a major running event or simply want to get fitter while enjoy running. Our Personal Training services are individually customized and appointments can be booked as a 1-on-1 session or small group session of up to 4 people. (More than 4 people? As part of your first PT session, we will collect your medical history and conduct an assessment, which can include a running form analysis by video and/ or a functional strength and mobility assessment. We also work with our affiliated partners and may recommend their services in dietetics and or physiotherapy if we believe necessary.
Our preferred meeting locations are:
- 179 Grey St, South Brisbane for personal training with Pat.
- UQ Sport Athletics Centre, St Lucia for personal training with Pat.
However, we can meet you anywhere within a 5km radius of our Southbank or Wynnum locations; your home, your office or a local park. It is even possible to train you outside our regular area of service for an additional travel fee if our schedule allows for it.
