Platinum level personal coaching
Our Platinum Level Personal Coaching service is customised to your personal goals in health and fitness. Pat can meet you (anywhere within a 5km radius of Southbank) to train 1-on-1 to meet your personal fitness goals or for a target running event. We will work around your schedule of work and family commitments as much as possible.
This service is available as a 12 week continuous program and includes:
- A 3 month personal running training plan
- Initial PT session will include a health screening and running form analysis
- Online coaching with as many reviews of training plan and strength program as needed to keep you on track
- Support and guidance throughout with extensive access to Pat for advice and questions
- 1x 60min per week personal running coaching and/or strength training session (12 sessions in total)
- Functional strength assessment and personal strength program
- Annual Marathon Club membership, which includes all weekly group sessions
- Personal feedback at our group training sessions whenever practical
- Member login for additional resources
- Race day support for target club events
- Optional personal race-pacing upon request and availability (link) at an additional cost
- 1 free club singlet or shirt of choice
- Discounted race entry fees for selected events
- Discounted sponsor products and services
Terms and conditions:
- contract duration is 12 weeks
- payment is $99 per week with monthly direct debit every 4 weeks
- additional personal training sessions are $80 per hour
- Extra travel fees to train you outside our regular area of service might apply
- Places for this Platinum Level service are limited due to Pat’s availability
