Silver Level Training Plan

Our Silver Level Training Plan is for anyone aiming to run their best race yet. It is suitable for any event worldwide from 5km to marathon in road, track or trail running. Your personal training plan will be customised to your current fitness level and goal events. We will work out a plan that suits your lifestyle, work and family commitments to get maximum benefit from your training time and achieve your personal goals.

Your subscription to the online training schedule www.runningcoach.me is included in the price. The schedule will be set up by us and comes with lots of features to take your running to the next level, including:

Statistical analysis
Upload of training data to keep record of your training
Plan and track your training with your smartphone-app
Optional text message reminder for each training session
Extensive resource library with hints and tips from runningCOACH.me professionals

Your Silver Level Training Plan service includes the following:

Initial consultation in person or by call to get to know you (approx 1/2hr)
2 questions by email per month with your personal coach for training and race planning questions and advice
Access to weekly group training sessions for $10p/session (or purchase a Marathon Club membership here)
Personal feedback at our group training sessions whenever practical
Member login for additional resources
Race day support for target club events
Discounted race entry fees for selected events
Discounted sponsor products and services

Terms and conditions:

3 and 6 month subscriptions are available and can be extended by 3 or 6 months only with possibility to upgrade to Gold or Platinum level at any point
2 questions by email per month with your personal coach (please no Facebook messages or other social media as feedback becomes too difficult to track).
Email response by coach within 24h (except weekends and public holidays)
$70 monthly direct debit, minimum 3 month contract
