Our Strength & Conditioning sessions are tailored to your personal needs and will complement your endurance/ running training to maximise performance and health benefits. Offering a mobile PT service, we provide our own equipment and can either meet you in a local park or at your home/ workplace. Sessions can be combined with a run session (half/ half) or can include varying components of fitness from strength, power, flexibility, balance, agility to different forms of cardio.
Appointments can be booked as a 1-on-1 session or small group session of up to 4 people. (More than 4 people? Please check our tailored Group Sessions for sporting clubs and corporate teams here).
